Ginny Stafford, CEO for Mid-Coast Family Services, spoke about homelessness at the 10-24-2019 meeting of the Port Lavaca Rotary Club. She is a certified Drug Prevention Specialist and is passionate regarding her agency’s work to prevent and end family violence, homelessness, sexual assault, and substance abuse. She is a product of the Victoria Independent School District, Victoria College and University of Houston-Victoria.
