Allyson Cissna has worked in healthcare for over 15 years and

has been with Regency for over 10 years. When she started the company only had 13 homes. Currently she is the regional business development director for the Corpus Christi and Victoria areas. She lives on a working ranch in Dinero with her husband and spends her down time with her 6 kids and 2 grandchildren.

Samantha (Sam) Bell is a graduate of Texas State University, though she still pronounces it Southwest Texas. She spent her time immediately after college in Illinois where she worked as a marketer for a screen printing and promotional products company. In 2011 she returned to Texas and in 2014 became Admission Director for Port Lavaca Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She loves working in marketing and enjoys the variety of situations it opens to her and the people she gets to meet.
