Speaker - Congressman Michael Cloud

Congressman Cloud

Michael Jonathan Cloud is an American politician currently serving as a member of the United States House of Representatives for Texas's 27th congressional district. He is a member of the Republican Party. He graduate from Oral Roberts University with a bachelor's degree in communications. He served as chair of the Victoria County Republican Party from May 2010-May 2017

Rotarian of the Week - Jim Ward

Born in Maryville Tennessee. Got here as quick as I could at the age of 7. Graduated from CHS. Attended Carson Newman as an undergrad in Jefferson City Tennessee and Texas A&M for grad school. Served in the US ARMY as a personnel psychology specialist. Retired from CHS after being elected to the Port Lavaca city Council. Presently Serve on the Local and corporate boards for the local YMCA. Active at Grace Episcopal Church as a Sunday school teacher and organist.
