Training & Development Center - Operations

Shawn earned his BS from Texas A&M in 1995.  He has worked for Formosa for 19 years and started in the HDPE-2 unit as an Operator working for 10 years.  Shawn was then moved to CFB power plant as Environmental Coordinator/ ISO coordinator where he stayed for almost 4 years before transferring in 2014 to the Training & Development Center.  Although very busy with both work and family life, Shawn has found time to volunteer his skills in teaching at the high school for 4 years where he taught Introductoin to Process Technology and EHS.
