About William Schedule: 

Executive Director Deblin Health Concepts

AEC(AW) US Navy (Retired)

Retired Navy Chief with service that includes shore and ship-based deployments around the world and over 30 years of professional experience in leadership and executive coaching. Since leaving the military, Chief has coached and led organizations in numerous industries including global supply chain manufacturing, online gaming servers, corporate university management, petrochemical, healthcare operations, and aerospace (NASA space training programs). He has led global training and competency projects for major corporations which include Marathon Oil, BP, Chevron, Kuwaiti Oil Company, Delta Subsea, Schwan’s Global Supply chain and many other Fortune 500s.

In his current role he is the Executive Director of Houston headquartered Deblin Health Concepts which operates outpatient and telehealth behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services across the state of Texas. 

Originally from Dallas, TX, Schedule joined the US Navy in 1985 and lived for 15 years in San Diego, CA before finishing his naval career in Corpus Christi in 2005. He received his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in Workforce Education and Development in 2000 and earned his Executive MBA from Texas A&M in College Station in 2011.  He is married to his wife Angelina, and they have 5 children and reside in Montgomery, Texas

During his 20 years of military service, he led Navy deployed teams during Operation Desert Storm, Operation Desert Shield, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is a Master Training Specialist for the Department of Defense and has taught and facilitated workshops in 20 different countries around the world. The Navy has been a family tradition for Chief Schedule in having two of his Sons serve in the Navy also with LS2 Casey Schedule and IT1 Dallas Schedule who just completed a 6-year tour bringing the Schedule family’s years of continued service to a total of 36 years combined.
